T-Mobile launched a free 30-day network trial in three cities that let prospective customers try out T-Mobile through a personal hotspot that allowed users to call, stream video, email, and browse the web using T-Mobile’s network. Web creative for the home page, coverage page and a landing page was created that promoted the trial and provided a location for people to register.
Almost all participants had a positive experience with three in four seriously considering switching.
